    YD laser integrated hand-held laser welding machine, replaces the previous fixed welding gun with more flexible and convenient hand-held welding gun. Handheld laser welding machine can go longer welding distance, flexible to handle different types of work especially for welding larger workpieces, welding fixed inner & outer right angle position and flat plate welding. And during welding, heat-produce only on welding’s area, deformation of material also small, and depth welding form very solid joint. It is a new technology especially for large workpieces welding.

    Hand-held laser welding machine welding head replaces the traditional fixed optical road, which is more flexible and convenient, realizes long-distance laser welding, and overcomes the limitation of workbench travel space.
    Easy operation
    Handheld welding head is light, flexible, easy to operate and provides welding at various angles and positions. It can weld the workpiece to the required parts, sensitive and convenient. It can complete outdoor welding and apply a variety of messy welds and Point welding equipment.
    Smart switch
    Hand-held welding head is equipped with optical fiber, flexible and convenient for outdoor welding. The artifact can be welded at any Angle, the double-light road can be intelligently switched, and the energy distribution is distributed evenly.
    Infrared positioning
    Hand laser welding machine adopts infrared positioning, welding position verification and sampling position during welding. The welding position is more precise, and the weld joint is more beautiful.

    FSCUT7000 is EtherCAT system developed for ultrafast picosecond and femtosecond laser precision cutting. Adopting latest algorithm and EtherCAT technology, by standard communication protocol and parallel PLC, it can achieve high speed and precision laser control of 0.1um~10um interval (PSO), and highly automated production.
